Dr. Shabrez Tariq
MD, FIPP, CPLCP

Dr. Shabrez Tariq has been practicing in the Dallas area for last for seven years. He has performed thousands of injections/procedures on people with low back pain, neck pain, and joint pain. He is passionate about helping people regain the physical and psychological health that these painful conditions take away.
He went on to complete his Interventional Pain and Spine fellowship at Pain and Spine Consultants, Nashville, TN where he trained in invasive therapeutic and diagnostic procedures in treating back and neck pain. He is also trained in Ultrasound-guided musculoskeletal and joint injections. Dr. Tariq’s area of interest is in the treatment of back, neck, chronic spine-related, and fibromyalgia pain management.
Dr. Dalya Elhady
MD
Dalya Elhady, MD is an Anesthesiologist and Pain Medicine physician specializing in advanced interventional pain therapies. She completed her bachelor of science degree with high distinction and honors in Biology/Biotechnology at George Mason University in Northern Virginia. She then earned her medical degree from The George Washington University, where she also specialized in Medical Education Leadership. She completed residency training in Anesthesiology at the University of Florida where she served as Chief Resident, excelling in both clinical and leadership roles, and earned outstanding achievement awards in multiple sub-specialty disciplines. Dr. Elhady went on to receive fellowship training in Pain Management at the prestigious UT MD Anderson Cancer Center with focus on interventional and cancer associated pain management.
Nathaly Ortega
Office Manager
Nathaly Ortega is the Office Manager at our clinic, overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and a positive patient experience. She manages administrative tasks, coordinates staff schedules, and handles billing and insurance inquiries.
Committed to effective communication and regulatory compliance, Nathaly plays a key role in supporting quality patient care. Her leadership and organizational skills enhance the clinic’s overall operations.

Areeb Ahmed is a clinical specialist at Lone star interventional pain management Dallas, drawing on his experience as an International Medical Graduate (IMG) and a USMLE aspirant. He is committed to providing thorough patient assessments, monitoring vitals, and facilitating efficient clinical procedures. Mohammed Qaisar
Accountant
As an accountant specializing in the billing of pain management injections, I manage the financial aspects of patient care with precision and attention to detail. My responsibilities include collecting, analyzing and reporting financial information for the clinic. Ensuring the clinic stays within budget and can provide quality patient care. Tracking and managing incoming and outgoing transactions, including patient billing, preparing and managing balance sheets, cash flow statements, taxes, billing, payroll. Additionally, I handle payment tracking, resolve billing discrepancies, and communicate with insurance providers and patients to address any financial queries. My role is essential in ensuring the smooth financial operation of the pain management clinic, supporting both patient care and clinic revenue
